For Recorded “eCourses”

If you are unsatisfied for whatever reason within 30 days of purchasing one of our recorded “eCourses,” we will provide you with a full refund. The Academy provides no refunds after 30 days with no exceptions.

For Live Online/In-Person Courses

Registrations may be rescheduled at no charge if requested more than two months before the date selected for the course.
All other requests to reschedule will be honored, but the attendee will be charged the full price of the rescheduled course without any refund for the originally scheduled course.
